Returns
Policy:
We will
exchange any goods that we determine faulty or of poor
workmanship, it is most unlikely that this should occur
because all pieces go through rigorous quality control
checks before despatch.
However
should something slip through the net, we ask you to package
and return the goods to us at your expense, and to enclose
a brief description in writing pointing out what you are
unhappy about.
On receipt
of the goods intact and not damaged in transit, we will
inspect the goods and if we agree with your complaint we
will then supply a replacement piece/ pieces and despatch
to you at our expense, also at that point we will issue
credit to cover the cost of your postage expenses, this
credit will then be deducted from your next purchase.
All
claims must be made within seven days of receipt of goods.
